Normadene Murphy is the Head of Global Security, Catalysts Division at BASF. She earned an undergraduate degree from Villanova University in Liberal Arts/Criminal Justice; a Master’s degree from West Chester University in Management and Administration; and a Paralegal Certificate from Georgetown University. As a graduate of Philadelphia Public School System, she is a strong supporter of the arts, music and other forms of self-expression for students in the system. She believes in Artwell’s mission devoted to ensuring that students in the Philadelphia Public Schools are exposed to the arts at every grade level.
