ArtWell is dedicated to enriching our community through innovative and impactful art programming. Over the years, we have partnered with over 400 schools and organizations, and we have served over 44,000 program participants.

By joining our Board of Directors, you would have the opportunity to:
🌟 Shape the Future: Help guide our strategic vision and ensure the sustainability of our programs.
🌟 Advocate for the Arts: Champion our cause within the community and help us expand our reach and impact.
🌟 Collaborate and Lead: Work alongside a diverse and dynamic group of individuals who share your commitment to the arts.
🌟 Make a Lasting Impact: Play a key role in decisions that directly affect the success and growth of our organization.
Members of our Board of Directors are asked to make the following commitments:
Attend Board Meetings: There are 4-5 meetings per year, mostly virtual.
Serve for at least 2 years: Board terms contribute to the sustainability and stability of our organization by ensuring that we have leadership in place to plan for the future.
Join a committee after 1 year: There are 5 committees, including the Executive Committee, Program Committee, Finance Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Development Committee.
Make a meaningful contribution: All Board members are asked to make ArtWell a philanthropic priority. Whether you give $25 or $2,500, every dollar raised from our Board supports our mission to make the power of art accessible to youth in Philadelphia.
