Virtual Learning Session: The Impact of Artmaking on Adolescence

Adolescence – the developmental stage between ages 10 to 25 – is a time characterized by significant physical, emotional, cognitive, and social changes. While this time period can be marked by volatility, emerging research is helping to highlight the propensity for connection, exploration, and positive experimentation during this timeframe.

Join us on February 26th for a virtual “lunch-and-learn” style discussion on the profound benefits of artmaking for adolescents and the ways that ArtWell’s in-school programs support self-esteem, healthy risk-taking, and friendship.
