Free art projects for children celebrating ArtWell’s 10^th Anniversary. Kids can dive in and participate in animal-themed art projects led by ArtWell’s teaching artists such as making masks and writing poetry.  Youth are provided with the opportunity to reflect upon and be inspired by the animals at the Zoo while drumming musicians create a festive ambiance.  Celebrate ArtWell’s 10^th Anniversary, formerly the Arts and Spirituality Center, by taking a glimpse at its unique programming.  Families are invited to stop by the location marked as #11 “Face Painting” on the Philadelphia Zoo map (http://tinyurl.com/685ysrm) for a fun, free-flowing event on Sunday, July 10^th from 11am-3pm.  ArtWell is a local nonprofit organization that engages young people in reflection and creative expression to discover and honor their strengths and those of others.

Discounted zoo admission tickets can be secured for $10 each through ArtWell by contacting info@theartwell.org. RSVPs must be made by July 6.
