ArtWell Skill Build: The Art of Giving and Receiving Feedback

Giving and receiving feedback is essential if we want to grow and improve our skills and relationships. In this interactive skill build we will talk about how comfortable we are with feedback and increase our awareness to some of the internal and external barriers that get in our way. We will also share some simple tips and practices on how to give and receive feedback in more meaningful and helpful ways.
